I moved to Helena in 2010 from the southern hemisphere and have been fortunate enough in my travels to meet many people who have shared their experiences with me. Their stories have given me much to wonder about the human spirit, perseverance and hope.

I received a Master of Social Work degree in 2017. My practice draws on a number of resources including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic concepts and strengths based approaches to support those whom I meet with. It is in our journey of identifying discomfort in our lives, seeking support and learning to be present to this moment that we can grow. This is the value of Koru Counseling, to seek, rest and grow. We can live anywhere in the world, but we are most at home when we know ourselves.
